How do credits work?

Your plan includes a maximum number of credits you can use each month. Remaining credits do not transfer to next cycle.

Is there a free trial?

Yes, ones you sign up and create an organization. You will by default be on the Free plan, which includes 200 lifetime credits

Which models are used?

You can choose between a wide variety of voice and chat models ranging from OpenAI GPT models to Google Gemini models.

What are Actions?

Actions are function triggers during conversations. This can be an API call, client action or knowledge look up.

Can agents be trained?
